How to order online
(using your credit card to order with paypal)

First click "catalogue" in the menu at the top. Then choose one of the three postal areas. A new page will open allowing you to view the toytronic catalogue. You can then click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once you are finished, click on "view order" and then proceed to "checkout". When using paypal for the first time you will be asked for a few simple details. Please fill in the required fields and click continue to complete your order.

Please note that when asked for your home telephone number you should NOT use the formats (+) or (00) for your country code. For example, if you live in the UK and your phone number begins with +44, simply enter 44 as the country code. Also please be sure to choose the correct "postal area" as this affects your orders postage. If you choose the wrong "postal area" first check that your shopping cart is empty and then go back and reselect the postal area that applies to you. Please understand that we cannot process any orders that have the wrong postage. Any orders received like this will be refunded and you will be asked to place your order again.

Postage rates

the initial handling fee is a one off charge for placing an order.

e.g. if you live in europe and you want to order 2 CDs and 2 LPs. the cost for postage would be
£1.40 + £0.70 + £0.70 + £1.75 + £1.75 = £6.30 insuring your packet.

Registered mail

You can select from the catalogue page one of the following registered postal services:

UK orders
Special Delivery - guaranteed next day delivery - (postal rates) + £4.05 - insures up to £250
Recorded Delivery - signature upon delivery - (postal rates) + £0.64 - insures up to £28

International orders
International signed for - signature upon delivery - (postal rates) + £4.30 - insures up to £250
International signed for - signature upon delivery - (postal rates) + £3.30 - insures up to £30
